In everything there are highs and lows, peaks and valleys. Fitness and weight loss journeys are not excused.
This is my weight graph over the last year from my Fitbit app and if I would have given up at the first peaks, (normally it’s valleys), or any of them, I wouldn’t have made it to where I am now.
So if you find yourself struggling or doubting the process, that’s ok, just keep pushing.
Keep driving forward because by the end of the year you will be closer to where you want to be.
