Two of My Christmas Presents!

A 18/20/24 inch wood plyo box and a 10 pound med ball!

I started my workout today with a timed, 7 rounds of:

10 burpee box jumps and 10 Wallballs.

It was the first time I had done either of these and the 15 minutes and 18 seconds is a good base line for the next time I attempt this workout.

I originally thought I would be able to knockout 10 rounds with no problem but I was so wrong.

Breathing became incredibly difficult at about round 4.

I got my sweat on though!  And it was only a warm up to strength training afterward.

Shoulders. One of my favorite muscle groups to train.

I did nine exercises at four sets each until I felt like my arms were going to fall off my body.
