I’ve been really enjoying peas and asparagus lately. Like REALLY loving them!!

This is simple and plain but I love it!
Red bell pepper

Comes to about 300 calories and 25 grams of protein.

Remember to weigh out your food with a scale! It is so easy to over eat if you are unsure of portion sizes.

I added a sprinkling of black pepper here but if you wanted more flavor you could add some low sodium soy sauce, hot sauce, no-salt spice mixes. Even some ranch, cheese, or plain Greek yogurt.¬† Obviously the calories will increase with the more extras you add but sometimes it’s so worth it!
